Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Job Detail:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team at Yellow World Tech, based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. We are looking for an innovative problem solver with strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills, capable of designing and implementing tailored Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our clients’ unique business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data to create detailed sales and performance reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with clients and the sales team to design and implement effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide comprehensive documentation support for requirement gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and the design of new functionalities within Dynamics 365.
- Actively participate in project walkthroughs, design reviews, functional test planning, and implementation sessions to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Translate business requirements into precise and actionable functional specifications for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Develop technical documentation and functional specifications for customized business solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting, perform variance analysis, and generate insightful reports to support project management and decision-making.
- Lead ongoing assessments of business processes, recommending optimization strategies to enhance efficiency within Dynamics 365.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Understand project requirements and create detailed project proposals with accurate technical specifications tailored to client needs.
- Organize and conduct meetings with prospective clients to effectively communicate project goals, solutions, and the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
