Job Detail:
We are seeking an experienced Senior-Level SQA Engineer to join our dynamic team at Yellow World Tech, located in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance. We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for software applications to ensure high quality and functionality.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify and resolve defects and improve software performance.
- Conduct thorough regression testing and performance testing to validate system stability and usability.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on testing outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
