Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Detail:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team at Yellow World Tech, located in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience in user interface and user experience design. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency in branding and user experience.
- Utilize data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability and accessibility.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to continually enhance design processes and outcomes.
